   Motions:
   

   I recommend the Board approve the Memorandum of Understanding/Working Agreement between the Administrative Office of the Cour 15th Judicial District, Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County School District and authorize the Superintendent and Chairman to execute all necessary documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: The attached Memorandum of Understanding was sent to acknowledge our agreement to participate in the Unified Family Court Program. The Unified Family Court was organized by the Chief Judge of the Family Division of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit to coordinate needed services for families residing in Palm Beach County, Florida. The purpose of providing these services was to prevent agencies from duplicating needed services to families who are currently involved in multiple Family Division cases in the Family Courts of Palm Beach County. The District has existing Memorandums of Understanding with many of the agencies that are currently providing services such as DCF, DJJ, and the Family Court, which allow us to exchange information while maintaining confidentiality consistent with State and Federal law. At the request of the Board Chair, the Office of Chief Counsel has continued to monitor the development of the UFC, and will continue as requested by the Board.
